Up until last week my sky id worked fine. Went to login on lasr friday and up comes contact sky customer services via the app. So decided to try with laptop. I got logged in and the only details that were on my account was my name and email address. Rang sky 3 times today no joy. They cant cancel my sky id and give me a new one because my sky glass credit agreement is linked to my sky id. it is saying ive no sky products, a blank page comes up when I click on Bills and Payments. Anybody any advice. Is it possible to relink the sky glass to the account and if so how.

hi @caesarome i have been a sky customer for 9 years and in october decided to order the skyglass tv and the sky package had netflix included. Sky glass arrived on the 14th of November all was set up and fine with my sky id and downloaded the my sky app and everthing was working fine.
i was given a new account number aswell by sky. Due to the new sky glass account my payment date changed. I went in last friday to check the date and i couldnt log into the app. Came up each time contact sky. Then i tried on the laptop. After a few tries i got into my account and all the information was gone. A blank page was coming up. Ive tried several times logging in and still nothing is showing up when i hit bills and payments. last month i was able to see the new sky glass payment, normal payment etc. i rang sky 3 times today and was told wait till new year to see how things go ???? The tv is working perfect.

It could be related to this so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
