Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@baran You need to log into you Sky account or the MySky app and check your latest bills, is there a credit?
If so refunds take around 6 weeks, however we can ask the Sky messaging team to pick this up and they can process a refund, before we do that we need to know if the credit shows on your account.

Find out moreFrom your posts I think you don't realise we are fellow customers on here so you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We can get you some help getting the refund back in 3-5 working days if you answer the question as to whether the amount is showing as a credit on your account.

It should appear here at what will have been your next bill:
https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk
So let us know if you can see it then we can ask Sky to contact you via here with regards to getting it refunded.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later.
You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
This link explains what happens.
