I agreed to a contract at £64 per month. You are charging me £73.50. Please correct your error and refund the overcharges

When did you sign up? Sky don't do fixed price contracts - it's your discounts that are fixed for the duration of your minimum term. There's an annual price increase.

What does the following months bill show because if you have only just started a new contract then this first bill might cover more than the usual 4 weeks so hence the extra charge on this bill.

Some customers are seeing the annual price increase levied in July. That's likely to be the case for you if you gained 'price protection' (not liable for the April increase) as a result of when you signed up.
