No, that's not right. You need to speak to Sky yourself to request a refund. Nobody can do that for you. You can do it either via the online messaging system, or by calling. You can't request a refund by email.
If you want to make the request via the messaging team, let us know.

@baran you aren't paying attention to the responses. No one on this fourm can request the refund on your behalf, all we can do is ask the Sky Messaging team to message you via the forum so that you can engage with them.
As mentioned by others if you aren't going to be able to engage with them if they reach out again then you will need to call Sky yourself at your convenience or trying contacting the Sky Help Team via their X or Facebook accounts.
If you want this escalate to the Messaging Team again then let us know.
