Not sure how other customers can help you?

If you've failed to return the boxes to Sky then you will be charged a non-return fee as per the contract you agreed.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Matilda2

Perhaps get your former neighbour to contact BT and try to arrange for the equipment to be returned, then they can forward it to Sky in the free packaging Sky sent you during the notice period.

Otherwise you'll need to pay the non return fee I'm afraid. In hindsight the equipment should have been returned by you before you moved as I'm afraid you're responsible for it.
