my bill is paid by direct debit so why are you telling me it is overdue

@PAHorse  You're not contacting Sky Customer service by posting here, this is a customer led community.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Not us as we are customers here like you so what does it say here regarding your latest bill:

If the email does not address you by your name so says something like "Dear customer" then it is a scam email, this would also be the case if there is a link that it wants to you to login into to pay the bill.
