Speak to a human

My 10 year old accidentally purchased the Eubank vs Ben fight. It's not downloading and we are not going to watch it. Can you please ensure we are not charged for this.

@MrsSteph  You're not contacting Sky customer services by posting here, nothing will happen as a result of your post.

 

You will need to call Sky of you made the purchase  in error.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have tried following the link and need more help on that .. still only online help no contact number 

 

my remote is not working 

I've tried all suggested tips and come back again and again to an unsuccessful end where I'm told to contact sky 

I've gone round in a constant loop with the bot 

 

I just want to speak to a human !!!?

Hi @K862   Normally there is no need to speak to a person (we are humans here) for remote replacements.  However,  the starting point is what type of remote?
