Reinstate loyalty account

we just moved house. my girlfriend has been with sky for 16 years and has a account where prices go down instead of up. she cancelled that account 3 days ago since she thought we couldnt get it in new place. now she wants to reinstate the account. can she do that?

Hi @jp118   You can ask Sky, but any break in service is probably going to be final.

yeah i was wondering because i looked it up and said normally there is a 31 day reinstate period but i couldnt get through to sky
