internet and tv

hiya my internet went down on the 27th of january it took 2 weeks to get fixed and put back on on the 10th february your people insurance me i wouldn't be charged for the service and would get a credit on my account this hasn't happened and i've still had to pay for my service when i never had them because the line got broken in the bad storm we had this is really unacceptable, especially when I'm a new customer it doesn't give me a fath in  the company

@nicoleh22 welcome to this customer Community! It's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post here.

I'd suggest giving Sky a call (150 from your Sky landline) and explaining what has happened. They should be able to credit your account for the days you were without a service (it's not done automatically).

Not quite - see here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

But, as noted, if a credit hasn't appeared chase them up...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
