Error on sky system stopping them from setting me up with sky stream

Moved house 4 weeks ago . Engineer came dish not suitable for property advised l get sky streaming box. 4 weeks later spoke to 10 advisors still no streaming as every time they try to put a payment through for the puck error comes up. I have been charged for tv l haven't had for 4 weeks no one will put me through to a manager I have spent a total of 3 hours on the phone with no resolution

As customers here there is not much we can do for you so have they said why they can't order you Sky Stream, so try putting in a complaint as that might get you some traction:
