iPad agreement not on account

Hi there,

 

My iPad agreement has never been attached to my sky mobile account. I'm just looking to see what I have left to pay but can't get that. 

Can anyone help how I complete that? Contacting Sky by phone isn't helpful.

That suggests it was bought under a different account?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

If you can't see your account and do t know what details you need to use then you will have to call Sky so they can look into this for you.
