My bill has changed and has gone up to 59 pound I want to know why

You haven't said what you usually pay but there is one or two reasons why this happens, there is an annual price rise in April of each year of which you would have been sent an email or letter about and it could also be that a discount you had on your account is either ending or has ended or it could be a combination of the both of them.

Have a look at your bill (sky.com/bill). The bills are itemised so you can compare the latest bill with the previous month and see where the increase is.
