i’m stuck

can someone please advice me on what to do please. this is completely my bad and i get it, i have really bad memory loss and kept forgetting what bills i have to pay. so they've cancelled my services but they're also saying i can repay it in instalments etc. i cannot pay the full by next month , do i have to call them or is there someone i can talk to to get the answers i need? thank you!!

If your services have been restricted while you can pay what you want whenever you want Sky will not restore your services until you have paid off what you owe in full and then setup something like a credit or debit card or a direct debit.
