hi i have an overdue payment of £203 & cannot pay this bill in full, I've had some unexpected financial problems & cannot pay this bill in full can i pay by instalments or take a payment holiday?

Payment holidays only apply to Glass, mobile or Sky Live payments. Are your services restricted yet?

edit- I see you had payment issues earlier this year so I presume you're aware we are customers here not Sky,
