Say cancellation

 

Hello, i have recently moved home and unfortunately at my new address the engineer could not setup, sky tv. And i requested a cancellation, but still not done my account shows future bills for this service. I was also supposed to get a package to return the equipment but upto now nothing has been done.

 

i dont want to continue paying for a service I'm not receiving.

It would be best if you call Sky about this to see if he put a cancellation through as it might not have been done.
