how do I pay my device bill?

hi

im new to sky - i ordered a macbook air a few weeks ago with a pay monthly contract, which also came with a sim card for free as it has hardly any data on it (100mb, i dont need the data as ill be using home wifi)

 

im supposed to be paying every month, however i still havent been charged for anything except for the small upfront that i paid when i made the order

 

whenever i try and view bills or make a payment it doesnt allow it - im really confused by this

all i want to do is know what date each month the money will be taken out of my account, and to pay off the first monthly installment

You will not be charged for your Mac until you have got it:


https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-first-sky-mobile-bill

 

So that will be 3 days after activation or up to 13 days if paying by direct debit. Once its been activated it should appear on your account and you will see the future billing information here:

 

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/future

@matthewdr  Have you received it? Billing doesn't start until you have
