help
Please can soemone tell me how i speak with soemone when i am trying to set up becoming a cusomer, i move into my first house and i cannot get help regarding the delivery of my strwam and brodband hub as i want this deliverd to my current address then take it woth me as i cant get ti delivered to my new home when i dont have the keys yet.

Stream pucks are delivered by DPD and hubs are delivered by Royal Mail and as stated by @GD1 are sent to the address of the account. The broadband hub is usually delivered anywhere from 5 days before the activation date to the actual day of activation.
