help with my bill

i am a sky glass customer and i have recently been hit with a finacial issue. i was wondering if it was possible to pay this months bill and next months bill next month?

@Emily-Jayne  If you have a direct debit in place Sky will attemp to collect on the due date, if this fails they will try again 10 days later, if thois also fails they will start to restrict services.

 

If Glass is being paid through a credit agreement a missed payment will affect your credit history.

 

Sky won't keep services running on the promise of a duplicste payment the following month.

 

You can ask for a payment holiday on the TV only if you bought it on credit but not your subscriptions see here 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
