Activation date for fibre install was 10th Dec 2024.
Openreach came out on 6th Dec to install the grey box outside, they decided it wasn't safe for them to do and then said it would be done on the activation of the 10th Dec and confirmed via emails/texts.
No engineer arrived on 10th Dec and no communication from anyone. Meaning activation was also missed.
Then had to call up sky to find out what was happening to which was told would have to rebook the activation for Jan 2025, but they raised a dispute with openreach to come out sooner.
Broadband has finally been installed and activated, but would like to know how and when I will be reimbursed for the missed activation date and for each day waiting for it to be activated, and the missed engineers appointment.
