Getting a divorce, no where to live for about 6months, can my account be paused??  I have been with Sky for over 10 years? I don't want to swap it into my ex's name...I want to hold onto my sky account but its coming out of our joint account which needs to be stopped?? 

 

Is there a phone number I can phone??? and speak to a real person?? very annoying having to post this!!!!!!

Your account can not be suspended so would have to be cancelled which would mean you would need to return the equipment.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Contracts cannot usually be assigned to someone else (only in very limited circumstances).

 

if you're not in contract then simply give notice to cancel.

 

if you are in contract then you may not be able to cancel - even if Sky let you then you may be liable to early termination costs.
