download a bill showing billing period

I want to download my latest bill that shows the billing period I am paying for. I can only see it when I click the question mark on the bill online.

Hi, I have downloaded my bill, but it does not show the billing period, only that it's September bill generated on 29th August.

Hi @lisa1304   I'm afraid that is the best you are going to get. Anything more, you will have to contact Sky, but I would lower your expectations.
