discuss my account

I have cancelled my account. I want to discuss with a human if I can get a better deal so I don't have to cancel. I cant seem to get to a human

Is anyone there? you can call or ill just continue with the cancellation. I think sky support is probably the worse I have come across I have spent 30 minutes and still can't get to a human. and your ai does not help

@catdog99  We're fellow customers here not sky support 

 

you will need to navigate the automated call system by staying on the line and not responding to any prompts by the bot , you should then get through to an agent

To 'cancel the cancellation' of a Sky+ subscription (where you've posted), Sky may insist on you upgrading to Sky Q and discounts on Sky Q may well be better.
