contract cancellation

I had an unpaid bill of £135.64 I then set up a direct debit to clear these bills. I woke up this morning to seeing they took £1,006.11 from my account. They cancelled my contract and took the remaining for the whole contract. They never contacted me beforehand. I am now in -1000. It is not fair because they never mentioned this to me before.

By the looks of it, your agreement is several months behind, so because your bill is in arrears, your credit agreement gets cancelled and you have to pay the full amount left on it. It is part of the credit agreement terms when you sign up for Sky Mobile.

Thanks
