Hi im having an issue where i have the same email address for my sky broadband and my sky mobile account but when i login im unable to see my broadband accont? and when it asks me to put my account number to link on the account it says error
please help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@banksy2023Are you able to change the account you can see email address to see if this then solves the issue. If not then you will have to call Sky for them to do this for you.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
