contact email address

I control 2 online accounts,1 for me and 1 for my elderly mum..im changing my broadband service provider and want both accounts to send info to my new email address.When  i try to set it up it says i cant use this email address as it is already associated with another account...Am i going to have to create a new additional email account for this ?

Hi @WINDYMILLER1066   I'm afraid that the email address must be unique on each account. I would set up a gmail account and auto forward messages to your account.

@WINDYMILLER1066  Each account needs a seperate email address asociated with it, so yes you'll need to create and email account with google or outlook.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
