Switch credit - they lie

Been chasing my £200 switch credit since 7th April to now be told they will only credit £100.

I had been advised on 3 calls prior to me coming back to Sky that a note had been put on my account for upto £200 to switch from Virgin, £100 for TV and £100 for broadband.
I am now 5 emails in from switch credit team where they are now stating max of £100 total despite saying in one email earlier today £100 per product.  When I pointed out I have two products they've come back with no max £100

not impressed with this at all.
