cancelling from abroad

i have been trying to cancel my sky tv for around two weeks as i have moved abroad to study. I got through on the chat eventually with someone but as soon as i got to the part where they were asking security questions to confirm the cancellation, the website crashed and there was a 'technical difficulties' message. when i logged back in the next day the chat was not on my messages page and the chat option has been gone ever since. ive had no emails to confirm the cancellation, and i cant call due to being in another country and time zone. Can someone from sky please let me know how to do this if the chat is no longer available?
