cancelled skyq and sky talk in august 24  still getting bills

30 euro per month

have chatted online few times since promised a refund

now im after getting November bill help needed?

have no sky talk so can only contact via online chat

services cancelled i have returned all sky equipment and still getting bills

no refund but was agreed to refund 2 months bills

not getting any replies now

as I have non sky talk and no option for online chat

no credit in my bank

actually they have taken another months bill out another 30 euro 

 tried online messaging to sky no reply going round in circles

  very frustrating

I think you need to give Sky Ireland a call to find out what is happening.

i do not have sky talk and I live in uk

so a phone call will cost several pounds im not wasting more money on callls going round in circles

like before it cost me £112 ! so can only use online messages

If you have free calls with your phone's network provider then the calls will use these free minutes so will not cost you a penny.
