Keep receiving same contract summary email

Has anyone else been receiving the same automatic email over and over again regarding their new contract summary? I have received the same one more than 15 times since I called to amend my subscription. Any help would be appreciated on how to stop these.

I would setup a filter so these emails are automatically redirect to the trash folder so they are kept out of the inbox as I'm not sure there is going to be anyway to stop them.
