cancel new orderkeep my original

i got a phone call from agent and got a new package upon reading it i want to cancel and leave it as it is

If you're still in the cooling off period call Sky to discuss. If this was to upgrade from Sky+ (where you originally posted) to Sky Q and cancel it you may find your Sky+ viewing card ceases operating soon which is something to be aware of.

You'd need to call Sky back.

 

I doubt you'll be able to return to Sky+ if your new package involved you upgrading to Sky Q or Stream.
