Re: cancel hayu subscription
For Sky Stream puck or Sky Q - Press Home on your Sky remote, then select My Sky at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll then see a screen with your purchases. Select Your products. You’ll then be asked to enter your Sky TV PIN number.
Then follow the prompts to cancel.
In the Mysky app on a phone or tablet.
Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.
You should be able to cancel it there.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: cancel hayu subscription
None of these things actually work. Why would you write information that is not true? You need to actually test your software first or know what you are talking about. When you go on the MySky app and go to the app marketplace Hayu is not there. I have clicked on every single page on that app, you cannot cancel Hayu through it. So please stop giving people wrong information! Or fix the problem! I worked in tech my whole life so I'm not new to understanding apps.

@Gem+S I'd recommend you read about how the forum works and the forum rules before posting further.
