Change the account holder

Hi I used to share a property with my partner and took the sky broadband account out in my name. I've since moved out and I'm looking to just put the account in her name. I hope you can help

Yup, you can't.  If it's in your name then it remains in your name until you cancel it.

Account holder names can not be changed so the only way around this would be to cancel then the other person to sign up to Sky as a new customer in their name. This will mean returning equipment back to Sky.

@Byron1  Sky doesn't permit account ownership changes 

you would have to cancel and send back any loan equipment back then they can sign up in their own name
