billing

over the last 5 months you have made so many mistakes on my account and today charged me  after i was told  there was no charge ??? after 5 months i now want to leave sky  for good as your unfit for purpose sorry

In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.

 

Perhaps you can explain the mistakes you think Sky has made with your bill (which we can't see)?

I don't think ,sky sent my first puck to a address that was not mine with my personal details inside ,then  sent me a new puck but charge me for the wrong one ,then cut off my new one and leave the old one still working ,then charging me for  a subscription that was never working ,over 5 months it's been he'll
