New Account at same address

I've separated from my wife and dont live at the family home 5yrs now. She still pays for sky from her direct debit. The account is in my name.How long does she have to wait to set up her own account in her name? I cancelled the account as we couldn't just swap names on the account.

She doesn't need to wait at all.  Technically, she may be regarded as a 'new customer' and may be eligible for those rates.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
