billing issue
I asked to change my payment date and there was a bit of confusion which left my last months bill being unpaid and carried forward to this month, my bill is usually around £78 but it was showing as an outstanding balance of £207.30 so i paid this via my debit card to clear it, it now says my next bill will be -£114.60 and that i am £414 in credit?
I am so confused what does this mean and am i going to be charged again £207.30 via direct debit this month
please help

Re: billing issue
If you are in credit which has probably happened due to you manually paying the bill then no further payment should be taken from you until all the credit has paid your future bills so if your next bill is £114 then the credit will be used to pay it that and your next two bills if they are also £114. So do not make anymore manual payments,
