Calls to Sky are charged at national rate.  (This wouldn't be 65p)

Did you give notice to cancel your contract?  Have you had email confirmation of such?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own

Hi, yes I did notify sky that I would not be renewing approaching the end of contract and also paid half a month over if that makes any sense I confirmed via online chat and was told by sky that that would be it.I have checked with my phone provider network who have said calls to 0333 numbers will cost 65p + per min

@mjtemple

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging your cancellation request?

If that is with a phone provider other than Sky you need to take that up with them.

If you didn't receive confirmation of cancellation it sounds like your services haven't been cancelled. You'll need to contact Sky again, I'm afraid.

Me too, that's an awful price. The vast majority include 03 numbers in any monthly allowance so they're no different to dialing a normal landline or mobile.
