i have been looking at a new phone this morning as mine is broken but it's saying i need to reinstate  my services iv got a 29 pound bill but it's not due until 26th oct so why is my services stopped

@jul1981 you would need to call Sky to order assuming your account is not in arrears for another service than mobile.
