Old internet provider cancelled but new Sky account not fully setup

I've received an email from my current internet provider as Sky had contacted them for cancellation, but I couldn't do the last step and pay, so my account hasn't been created.

How do I complete my order?

If Sky have contacted them then you order must have gone through so if this is what you any to check then it might be worth calling Sky so under “Need more help” at the bottom of this page might be the number to use:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
