bill tv

hi, i pay my bil foe sky tv by card on 18 january. but is show that my bill is not pay yet. i cancel direct debit. and i have email with confirm that i pay this bill. so why is shwo like no pay.

you may have been too late to stop the automatic payment process and cancelling the direct debit has caused more problems than answers

Why have you cancelled the direct debit as it is the easiest way ?

And that is your issue, you should never be manually paying your bill unless your continuous payment method has failed and Sky has informed you its failed and asked you to manually pay the bill.

 

Your manual payment would have gone to next month's bill most likely.

 

I'd suggest setting up the direct debit card for your future bills as well, not having a continuous payment method setup on the account is essentially a breach of the T&Cs of your contract.
