I have been contacted by ComReg who have told me to make a formal complaint to sky and get a complaint reference number from sky, And i have outlined the mistakes sky have made on their billing, the proof from on post that sky sent me a package for my sky hub along with my sky modem the day before my contract ended on the 6th, the an post tracking saying it was delivered back to them on the 10th of July, plus the bill they want me to pay for both my TV and broadband that they say i owe for the 15th july to the 14th of August, even though they wanted both back following the 5th of July. we will see who is correct in the not too distant future

Thank god i didnt take your advice, i complained to comreg, i got money back that i didnt pay plus 2 month refund, it pays to complain.
