being charged Sky cinema

I cancelled my Sky account back in June 2023. Just recieved a letter saying that I have an outstanding bill.  Looking at my bills it looks like I am still being charged for Sky Cinema.  Finding it veryhard to speak to someone about it.

What TV subscription did you cancel, how did you cancel and did Sky acknowledge the cancellation by email?

No Sky did not acknowledge the cancellation.

That suggests you haven't cancelled properly. Is the amount owed just what you were paying for Cinema or the whole subscription?
