I cancelled my Sky account back in June 2023. Just recieved a letter saying that I have an outstanding bill. Looking at my bills it looks like I am still being charged for Sky Cinema. Finding it veryhard to speak to someone about it.

No Sky did not acknowledge the cancellation.
