account still blocked after missed payment broadband paid over 24 hours ago, direct debit reinstated and next months bill also paid upfront as was over 2 weeks late and still no access to broadband

The payment has to clear. Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.
