Your services are currently being restricted

I am trying to make a payement towards my phone bill but I am getting this:

Have you tried calling? You shoud be able to make payment over the phone.

Calling will be my last resort.

Busy at work can't leave and go on a call.

Should be able to do it on their website though no?

You shouldn't need to make any manual payments towards your bill as you should have a payment method setup by which Sky will take it from you.
