Soooo. Back December, my contact was due to expire. I rang sky as slowly my bill had creeped up. Told them which packages I wanted to cancel. This month my bill is huge £305. I rang them they said they had renewed my contract and was unable to cancel it.
Unfortunately in December they didn't take payment. No explanation, money in the account and Unfortunately being christmas I didn't notice.

So what mght have happened then it that the missed payment has been added to this months bill, if that is the case what does next months bill show ?
