Does anybody know of a way to contact Sky sports box office as a non customer? I have sent 3 requests for a refund via their online form on the app but not even an email to say it's been received. I have been charged twice for Fury Usyk 2 and want a refund!!!

I'm definitely not a Sky customer and have been buying PPV fights for years on Sky sports box office as a non customer. I have a Login for the SSBA app.

I've created a login and password for the Sky sports box office app as a non Sky subscriber. . I've been trying to message them on the app to request a refund but no response!

are you saying you have been billed 2 x £24.95 via this method
Or is one of the payments for watching via Sky hardware as a sky tv customer

I purchased Fury Usyk 2 for £24.95. On the night there were issues playing the event (it was just a blue screen) I phoned up and they advised to purchase the fight again and that they wouldn't take the 2nd payment as they would see that my email account has already purchased it. They did though and the screen was still blue on my browser!! Had to watch on a phone
