I was advised that the £42 you owed me would automatically be credited to my bank account but hasn't been. Please can you let me know why this hasn't happened and when it will be returned to my bank account as I have other bills to pay.

It does show as a credit on the account.

Look out for a blue/red chat 'bubble' towards the bottom of the page. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so check back from time to time for updates. Once the chat is activated it remains open for 48 hours, after which it will automatically close..
Note that the contact centres are currently temporarily closed for training, so there will be a delay before the messaging team contact you.

Please can you refund this asap and let me know how long it will take to sort out and receive this back in my account.

You need to engage with the Sky employee via the messaging as described above.
By posting here you're just telling/asking other customers...
