How to stop a company from charging me for texts that I am not receiving?

There is a number 78484 that is charging me for text messages £1.50 a trxt . Yet I am not receiving these text messages as I have blocked the number and replied No to their original messages?! 
How to stop being charged?

Text the word STOP to the number in question (put nothing else in the text)
