Wrongly told and informed when I changed my account by a sky consultant

Hi. Tried to complain about his so many times and just passed between departments and nobody seems to care or do anything about. Hours on the phone and now paying more than told as well even after been told time and time again it wouldn't be like this?? Any advice apart from leave sky. Cheers

If you have got nowhere on the phone i'd suggest raising a formal complaint via the process documented here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint as this will do to Sky's dedicated complaints team who will investigate and if required go back and listen to any phone conversations you had with advisors.
