Wrong address

My address is wrong on my account but I told them my new address and what date I moved when I changed to sky stream. It is also saying I have sky glass when I do not

When you moved house did you use Sky's home moving service or did you cancel and start as a new customer at your new property ?

They have put the my new address wrong on the system

You will need to call Sky to get this rectified .

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
