Accidentally paid my bill twice. Please help!

Hi,

 

Somehow I have managed to pay my bill twice this month.

 

I think I had already stored my credit/debit details in my account and the payment was taken today, but I also made a manual card payment for the same amount just this evening.

 

I am going on holiday next week and desperately need the money  back as I can't afford to pay twice this month 😢

 

is this a possibility ?

Do you now see a credit on your account for your manual payment ?

Yes, it is showing that I am £107.01 in credit on my account (the amount I paid twice)

To get you some help with this refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
